        5. Payments<\/h2>

        Clients agree to pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.<\/p>

        Late payments may result in suspension of work or services until payment is received.<\/p>

        Projects may integrate third-party services including but not limited to:<\/p>

        • Meta (Facebook & WhatsApp)<\/p><\/li>

        • Google<\/p><\/li>

        • AWS<\/p><\/li>

        • Stripe<\/p><\/li>

        • Twilio<\/p><\/li>

        • Other APIs requested by the client<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          A7 Logics is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.<\/p>

          To the maximum extent permitted by law, A7 Logics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.<\/p>
