Who we are
This website is run by A7 Logics, a software and AI engineering company. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at contact@a7logics.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Demo requests: your name, email address, the product you are interested in and an optional message.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or arrange your demo.
- To send you a quote or proposal you asked for.
- To keep a record of our conversation so we can help you better.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Where it is stored
Messages are stored securely on our web server and sent to our business email so our team can reply. Only authorised A7 Logics staff can access them.
Cookies and similar technology
The public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's session storage only to remember that you have already seen our loading animation. Our admin area uses a single login cookie for our own staff.
Services from other companies
- Google Fonts: our fonts are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address as part of the request.
- Video players: if you play a product video hosted on YouTube, Vimeo or Loom, that service may set its own cookies. Videos only load when you press play.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up work, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email contact@a7logics.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
